Windsor Heritage Limited operates a multi-faceted approach to providing the right solution for each outdoor lighting task.   Considerations for each project include aesthetic appearance and impact on the daylight landscape, as well as environmental issues such as minimising energy use and employing easily recycled materials.

Performance after dusk is guaranteed by using an appropriate optical system, such as the Diamond Optic® reflector.  To achieve this, the Diamond Optic® reflector, patented by DW Windsor Lighting, in each luminaire used in a project is configured to give optimum lighting performance in each segment of the total area in question.  The result, (apart from lighting performance exactly in accordance with the relevant national standard e.g. AS/NZS 1158.1.1:1997), is an uncluttered landscape with the minimum number of lighting units.  Use of the Diamond Optic® also allows a significant amount of freedom in the positioning of individual luminaires.
